Program Costs
The cost of this program can be proposed as a fixed cost or can be contracted as a time and material repair.
Time and Material Repair Costs
Time and Material Fees
- $65.00 per hour per Master Roof Technician
- $55.00 per hour per Roof Technician
- $20.00 Mobilization Fee
- Material Costs
- Emergency and after hours repairs are billed at 125 percent of the labor and mobilization cost. Materials are billed at the normal rate.
Time and material leak repairs are completed by two person teams usually consisting of a master roof technician and journeyman and/or apprentice. If the size of the repair justifies additional personnel we will assign the appropriate level of technician for the task.
The billing for each job will start upon arrival to the job site and will end when the crew leaves.
